Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Merit Plumbing come out a couple of times now for a few different jobs. James has come out each time and has been thorough, informative and professional. We had him replace some taps, fix water hammer, replace a rangehood, and water pressure relief valve. I'll definitely call Merit Plumbing when we need future plumbing work done.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We engaged James from Merit Plumbing to undertake several plumbing issues. James went above and beyond in assisting us and on his own initiative checked other areas and identified other issues that we were unaware of and could have had costly outcomes if not attended to in time. We found James to be outstanding in customer service and provided excellent value for money. His work is second to none, he is flexible and thinks outside the box to assist in addressing difficult issues, and leaves a very clean and tidy site.

He has been in the industry for almost two decades and brings vast experience and listens to your needs. I had James recommended from a friend and was really happy with the work he completed for our new kitchen and then subsequently when we had some drainage problems. He sorted it out fast and was happy to go the extra mile to get the job done right.
